GLASS MOSAIC

The story behind the print

I  created Glass Mosaic after becoming enthralled with feeling my paintbrush spreading tiny mounds of paint in consecutive concentric squares, allowing the surface to develop subtle dimension.  The Aegean colorway combines a richly pigmented Prussian Blue with white, while the Bronze colorway mixes an earthy green with a metallic gold to reveal a playful sequence of colors dancing together on the vellum.

Glass Mosaic is beautifully printed on a pearlescent fibrous wallpaper with luxurious sheen and subtle texture.  The paint strokes are impeccably translated onto the paper, giving this wallpaper a hand-painted appearance.
